Filling out a form with incorrect information or without all of the listed criteria may impact future program eligibility.
Qualifications
To pre-qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Must have or currently be a tenant of a unit that is located within Tennessee
Must have applicants name on lease agreement
Must be able to show a risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability
Must have a valid Driver's License/ID, birth certificate AND social security card
Must meet income requirements
